its instructional staff. Your Counselor:
Referrals to the Counselor’s Office
Students can be referred to the counselor by a teacher, parent, or other staff member. While confidentiality is an integral part of the counseling relationship, children are encouraged to share their concerns with their parents.
The counselor’s door is open to all parents and their children. However, it may be wise to schedule an appointment by calling 913-724-3536 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. The counselor keeps a schedule much like a teacher and may not be able to accommodate drop in appointments.
