My name is Jess Zimmerschied and I have been an elementary school counselor since 2017! Zimmerschied is a doozy of a last name so I tend to have the students call me Mrs. Z.  <3

I grew up in Lawrence and went to KU for my undergraduate degree in applied behavioral sciences with a specialty in juvenile justice. After that, I moved to the Kansas City, KS area, and went on to get my masters. I went to a branch location of Emporia State University in Overland Park, and I graduated in 2017 with my Masters in School Counseling K-12.
